Heres a secret I'm not proud of:

For a really, really long time, I was probably in the negative with my business. I'm talking, spending a lot more money on my business than I was making in bookings.

Photographers, we don't tell you this, but our gear is EXPENSIVE. Photography education is expensive. Props are an addiction that is so hard on the wallet I won't even get started. It takes money to make money in our industry. And if they won't tell you that, I am here to give it to you straight.  Always.

Think about those darn iPhones, right? Every month, (or minute, from where I'm standing) there is this new and improved model out that supposedly blows everything else into oblivion. Photography gear, trends and techniques can feel this way. To give you the latest and greatest, stay on top of trends and make sure I am always improving, I am constantly reviving my stash and reevaluating my methods.

I beat myself up so many times over my pricing. How can I charge for something I love so much? How can I know what I would want to spend on photos if I weren't a photographer and still keep my bottom line out of the red? I've done every single thing that I can to keep photography affordable for my clients because I don't want to see you only once a year, and I don't want to break your bank account.

My prices have changed for the 2017 year and will be reevaluated in December 2018.

Pictures are one of the only things that only increase in value over time.

It is my hope that I can give all my beloved quality people, quality work at quality prices.

We can both complain together how expensive photography is at your session. ;)

Lets be real here: Pictures aren't cheap.

This is what I have to say about my pricing:

"You said pictures cost WHAAAT?"
